Terms of Service

! PAYMENT !

• PayPal payment only at the moment - USD for international buyers;
• [PT-BR] Para brasileiros uso uma taxa de conversão fixa de R$4,00;
• Full upfront payment unless stated otherwise;
• PayPal payments will be done once I give you the total amount, you give me your address and I send you an invoice;
• Payment plans are accepted if your due amount is above $150. However I will only start working after receiving the full amount;
• I don't refund - Only if for some reason I can't complete your order, in which I'll enter in contact with the customer;
• Intricate designs may incur on an extra fee, such as (but not only): winged characters, complicated clothes, patterns in which I'll have to replicate myself;
• Note: I reserve the right to decline your commission for whatever reason I see fit;

! COMPLETION TIME !

• Estimated delivering time is within 2 months - It may depend on my queue and the size of the project;
• Any change in my schedule or delays will be communicated ;
• In case you have a deadline make sure to state it beforehand. A rush fee may be required;

! WIPS & REVISIONS !

• WIPs will be provided during the sketch phase and coloring (if necessary);
• You're free to ask for as many WIPs you wish at any time;
• I'm up to as many revisions during the sketch process;
• I'm up to as many color revisions you need during coloring process;
• During the inking process I'll accept only small changes to the project;
• Once the shading process is reached I won't accept any further revisions;

! USAGE RIGHTS !

• As the artist, I have full copyright of the artwork. Credit will be given to you for your characters;
• I will not claim intellectual property of the commissioned piece or resell it for commercial purposes;
• You are allowed to repost my artwork wherever you wish as long as proper credit is given (link it back to my galleries and usename);
• You are not allowed to use the commission for any commercial purposes (advertisements, prints of any kind, reselling, and such);
• You are not allowed to edit or modify the piece, except for resizing or cropping it for personal use only (ask me about making adjustments should your character aquire new features not depicted in my work);
• You are allowed to add watermark on your piece to avoid art theft as long as you still credit me properly (do not remove my own signature though);
• In case you wish to commission me for a piece with commercial use rights, please contact me first for discussion;
